2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten Features

The 2025 Ram 1500 Tungsten comes standard with Ram's all-new high-output Hurricane engine. The new Hurricane engine is a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine. By subtracting two cylinders from the previous generation's 5.7L HEMI V8 and adding two turbochargers, the Hurricane engine delivers more power with less fuel consumption. While the aforementioned V8 engine offered 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque, the all-new high-output Hurricane engine delivers 540 horsepower and 520 lb-ft of torque! Using a smooth and robust TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission, the Ram 1500 Tungsten comes standard with 4x4. The Tungsten is also available in the all-new 2025 Ram 1500 Ramcharger lineup. The all-new Ramcharger is a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle featuring a 3.6L V6 engine, an onboard generator, an electric drive module on each axle, and a lithium-ion battery pack. With an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive, the Ramcharger Tungsten offers 663 horsepower and 615 lb-ft of torque. 

When Ram created the Tungsten trim, they created the most technologically advanced truck to date. As we mentioned above, the Ram 1500 Tungsten features more than 50 inches of available touchscreen displays. The center stack is home to Ram's first-ever 14.5-inch touchscreen, making it the largest in its class. The touchscreen runs on Uconnect 5, which features an array of the latest automotive infotainment technologies, including wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a customizable home screen, Amazon Alexa with home-to-car function, TomTom navigation with live traffic updates, and much more. Another advanced technology feature is the immersive audio experience provided by a 23-speaker Klipsch Reference Premier audio system featuring a 12-inch subwoofer and two one-inch dome tweeters. The Tungsten's advanced technologies include safety features as well, including high-tech driver aids such as blindspot monitoring with trailer coverage, adaptive cruise control with stop and go, drowsy driver detection, intersection collision assist, forward collision warning, evasive steering assist, automatic emergency braking, and much more.
