Can you talk about the 2021 Jeep’s Renegade’s features?
There are four Renegade trim levels offered to drivers in the 2021 model year. Standard features include a 6-speaker sound system, power-adjustable and heated mirrors, steel wheels, cruise control, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 7-inch touchscreen, smartphone integration, and air conditioning. The upper trims add LED lighting, automatic headlights, roof rails, alloy wheels, automatic wipers, leather upholstery, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, heated front seats, and larger wheels. The Trailhawk trim level separates itself with features like front and rear tow hooks, all-terrain tires, a raised suspension, hill descent control, and underbody skid plates.
What about the engine options offered for the Renegade?
Jeep powers the Renegade lineup with two engines. The standard engine is a 2.4-liter 4-cylinder that creates up to 174 lb-ft of torque and 180 horsepower. The other engine, a 1.3-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder, produces up to 210 pound-feet of torque and 177 horsepower. Both engines are paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission for smooth shifts and a seamless drive time after time. Drivers also have two drivetrain configurations to choose from, standard front-wheel and available four-wheel drive.

Taking care of the driver and the passengers, the Renegade comes outfitted with the latest driver aids and safety features. The base trim level is outfitted with lane departure warning with lane keeping assist that warns the driver if they leave the lane without signaling and automatically steers the SUV back into the lane and forward collision warning with active braking that alerts the driver to an impending collision and applies the brakes if necessary. Additional standard safety features include blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, and trailer sway damping.
